  • When am I allowed to access the space?
    You are allowed to access the space anytime within our opening hours stated on our website. 7am-8pm. Mon-Fri. If you pay for our monthly access or dedicated monthly access this access applies Mon-Fri until you decide you no longer want to use our service. If you pay for either Day or Weekly access, you can only use the space on the specified day or week you chose on purchase
  • How can I Access the space?
    If you purchased either a day or weekly access. Upon purchase you receive confirmation of an access code (may take up to 24 hours to arrive). This code is specific to you and you can use it on the front entrance of the premises If you purchased a monthly access, then you will be able to download an app that allows you to unlock the entrance door when you arrive. Instructions for this will be sent by email after purchase (may take up to 24 hours to arrive).
  • Am I allowed to bring a guest for a meeting into the space?
    If you have booked the Meeting Room, please include your guests in the booking, and no extra purchase is necessary. If you are wanting to hold a meeting with a guest but not use the meeting room, then you will need to purchase a day access pass for them. If you are using the Meeting Room with a guest and they want to work the rest of the day using the other facilities a day access pass will need to be purchased.
  • How can my guest access the space?
    If you booked the meeting room, when you list your guest list on your meeting room booking they should have received instructions on how to access the meeting room. Otherwise once your guest arrives at the office they should get in touch with you for you to let them in. Note any guest found to enter the premise using another's access code/app without prepayment or warning, the user who’s access was found to be used will be invoiced a day access charge.
  • How can I cancel my subscription?
    We are sorry that you want to cancel your subscription but at Together Workspace we allow users to flexibly manage their payments on a monthly basis with no start-up or cancellation charge. To let us know you will not be continuing with our services just email us at hello@togetherworkspace.co.uk Note with this we will just not take the next payment due with us and your access will continue to the end of the month of your last payment.
  • Do you offer a free trial?
    We don’t offer a free trial as combined with the availability and ease of using the day access option, we believe our space is worth its value for money. If you don’t want to book it in advance you have the option of turning up to the location and paying on the spot.
